The Experiment

Good evening everyone. Welcome to my experiment. This is my “right brain” project. Anyone who is close to me understands my logical, organized and almost borderline neurotic thought processes bred from my competitiveness for success which developed in college. I have developed this blog with the intent to stimulate the creative side of my brain, assuming one believes the science and purchases the idea of a right and left brain theory, in order to allow my logical and organized brain to expand. All expanding of my creative side will be done in the most legal fashion [you know what I mean]. However, please forgive all the grammar mistakes that are sure to follow in the future. Most likely they will be due to my ignorant use of the English written language and possibly a glass of wine or two. Via this outlet for creative experimentation, I hope to expand and spread my experiences and thoughts on those who have inspired me and continuously strengthen my resolve toward a life well lived. I bet a lot of the content might come from my love of running ridiculously long distances in the middle of nowhere and stoic philosophy, hence the name, RunningStoic.com. Here’s to my creative side. Cheers. Enjoy a picture of one of my most memorable long runs through Barton Creek in Austin, Texas.
